TestBox is hiring a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Brazil based Integrations team! You will work with a team of engineers and product managers to create integrations that allow our partners to deliver flawless demos and provide sandbox trial environments for their prospective customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive fullstack development of Integrations features
  • Languages and Frameworks: Advanced level Python, Django, Chalice. Intermediate level at TypeScript and React.
  • Scope and Coordination : Work with other team members and stakeholders to lead large and complex software projects that stretch across multiple areas of our business, proactively mitigating risks and independently driving projects to completion.
  • Data-Driven, Analytical Mindset: Leverage existing metrics and telemetry to inform technical decisions and drive incident investigations. Suggest and implement improvements to telemetry and monitoring.
  • Problem Solving and Requirements Analysis: Quickly evaluate and solve for a variety of complex technical challenges. Develop technical designs, requirements, and success metrics for projects within your domain.
  • Teamwork and Influence: Explain complex concepts to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences. Help develop skills in less-advanced teammates through code review, pair programming, and other collaborative techniques.
  • Eye for Details: Create implementations based on design wireframes and mockups using a combination of shared UI components and bespoke, custom components.
  • Be awesome: Teach us your ways, learn new things, add to our culture, tell the founders they’re wrong... you get the idea!

You’re a great fit for the role if you:

  • Are curious, approach problems with creative solutions, work collaboratively, make it happen despite roadblocks, are a kind human, and want to grow
  • Are willing to roll up your sleeves to take on anything – we’re a small team and we need everyone to wear multiple hats
  • Have an advanced understanding of front-end web development practices (e.g. React, data fetching and state management, performance, shared component libraries, accessibility, testing)
  • Are eager to work on features that have direct impact on the customer experience
  • Have at least 5-6 years of software development experience
  • Have working proficiency in English
  • Are in the region of Caxias do Sul, and willing to travel there to meet with other members of the team on a regular basis.
