Description

At TestBox, we’re building a platform that helps make it easier to buy software for both buyers and sellers. Our SaaS offering, TestBox Convert, enables sellers to give perfect demos every time and then let their buyers play with the product themselves. Check out an intro video to TestBox here.

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic DevOps and Infrastructure Engineer to be part of our Brazil based team. You'll contribute to ensuring our systems and infrastructure continue to scale with the business, with a constant eye on improving performance and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of AWS production systems
  • Experienced in ECS, EC2, SES, and Terraform
  • Leverage Cloudwatch metrics for technical decisions and incident resolution
  • Own existing telemetry and monitoring systems and continuously improve and iterate
  • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines across the organization
  • Be awesome: Teach us your ways, learn new things, add to our culture, tell the founders they’re wrong... you get the idea!

You’re a great fit for the role if you:

  • Are curious, approach problems with creative solutions, work collaboratively, make it happen despite roadblocks, are a kind human, and want to grow.
  • Are willing to roll up your sleeves to take on anything – we’re a small team and we need everyone to wear multiple hats.
  • Are eager to work on features that have direct impact on the customer experience.
  • Holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Have 2-3 years software development experience
  • Have working proficiency in English
  • Are in the region of Caxias do Sul, and willing to travel there to meet with other members of the team on a regular basis.

Why you’ll love working with us:

  • We actively created a large Employee Stock Options Pool so we can reward our amazing founding team members
  • Career development is a top priority and we will work with you from day one to hype your achievements and help you grow to the potential you want. We hire for trajectory, not past performance
  • Mental health services contribution to cover/contribute to co-pay costs (our CEO, Sam, is a big weekly therapy advocate)
  • 12 weeks paid parental leave with an option to do part-time return to work
  • Annual fitness reimbursement
  • Learning budget (there’s always something we should collectively know more about)
  • Unlimited PTO (with a minimum of 15 days per year - none of this no vacation business, our CEO Sam typically takes 20-25 days a year)
  • Work from Home remote set-up allowance

We think there are many more reasons beyond this list and really hope you’re as excited to apply as we’re looking forward to meeting you!
