TestBox is hiring a Lead Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Brazil based Integrations team! You will work with a team of engineers and product managers to create integrations that allow our partners to deliver flawless demos and provide sandbox trial environments for their prospective customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive complex customer integrations end to end
- Languages: Expert level at Python, Typescript, AWS/Terraform, and NodeJS
- Coordination: Ensure engineering tasks are appropriately scheduled to ensure delivery on-time across simultaneous builds with excellent project management skills
- Problem Solving: Able to quickly evaluate and solve for a variety of complex technical challenges related to customer integrations
- Reverse Engineering: Capable of rapidly digesting external systems with an eye for how they work
- Be awesome: teach us your ways, learn new things, add to our culture, tell the founders they’re wrong... you get the idea!
You’re a great fit for the role if you:

- Are willing to roll up your sleeves to take on anything – we’re a small team and we need everyone to wear multiple hats
- Expert understanding of web development fundamentals (e.g. RESTful APIs, client-side vs. server-side, deployment, testing methodologies, HTTP/network stack)
- Experience reverse engineering complex systems and integrating with third party platforms and/or services
- Enjoy getting “into the weeds” of technical problems
- Have prior experience at a tech startup/company with sustainable or explosive growth that you contributed to
- 8+ years of software development experience in B2B SaaS
- Love organization and putting structure onto a blank canvas, enjoy building processes and systems
- Have a working proficiency in English
- Are in Brazil, ideally in Caxias Do Sul, and/or willing to travel there as needed to meet with other team members
